We live in a time where we are constantly influenced from all angles . It is of most importance for our well-being to find a momentum where we can get back to our breath and reconnect with our essence and rejuvenate through our creative being. Reflections shall inspire you to be playful and intuitive , to listen to your heart and rediscover your dreams and visions. You are invited to let go of heaviness and dive into creating, developing the different layers on which your Mandala will be built on, reflecting the unique patterns of your story . Stepping into our circle within a group of creative beings can lift us to a place of lightness and joy , sharing our individuality, energy and visions. Lifting and Inspiring each others.... The goal is that you'll leave with a beautiful piece of art and a sense of inner reflection that will stay with you long after the workshop has ended. You will be working on a 8"x 8" canvas with acrylic layering technique easy to follow and creatively inspiring Please wear comfortable clothing , being able to move comfortably as we might include easy flowing stress reducing QiGong movements and clothing were you are not worries about eventual stains (Acrylics usually wash out easy ) ​
